Nationwide reach meets self-performing service.

With NCRC now part of the Masterline family, customers gain a stronger operating platform: nationwide facilities coordination, direct field capacity in core markets, and technology built for real service work.

A national network with an operator behind it

Facilities programs often force customers to choose between two strengths: broad geographic reach or direct field control. Masterline’s acquisition of NCRCbrings those strengths closer together.

NCRC has more than 40 years of facilities experience and coordinates responsive service across all 50 states. Masterline Facilities operates a self-performing model in its core Southwest markets, supported by its own field employees, vehicles, tools, equipment, and a major in-house plumbing division.

That creates a practical hybrid: Masterline can deploy its own teams where it has direct density and use NCRC’s national coordination network where trusted local coverage is the right answer. The operating model follows the work instead of forcing every location into the same box.

More control where control matters

Self-performance gives a facilities partner direct control over training, communication, dispatch, equipment, documentation, and customer experience. National coordination gives a customer the ability to move one program across a much larger footprint.

The combined organization can now use both tools. Masterline will continue to deepen direct service in its core markets while NCRC provides a proven path to support locations nationwide.

Technology that follows the work order

The combined operation is supported by MasterlineIQ, the proprietary system Masterline built to connect customer communications, intake, dispatch, field evidence, approvals, and financial context. It helps teams see the same job from the first request through closeout.

This is not technology added for appearance. It was built inside an operating facilities company, where a missed message, unclear ownership, or slow handoff has a real customer consequence.

Continuity for NCRC customers

NCRC remains the same legal entity, and existing NCRC customer agreements stay in place. Customers can continue using the NCRC channels and relationships they know. What changes is the depth behind them: more field resources, more trade capability, and a broader operating system.

The people behind the platform

Built on trust. Ready for scale.

NCRC was Masterline’s first customer more than 20 years ago. The acquisition carries that trust into a national facilities platform built to last.
